A Bit About Me
From 1977 until 2013 I enjoyed the privilege of being a full-time religious educator. After retiring in 2013 my wife and I started looking for things I could do to add to our savings and yet be very enjoyable.
I had several friends in real estate who liked it. I called and asked for counsel. And the rest is history!
I was pleased to discover that my experiences in home construction and remodeling have helped me spot problems in the homes I show my clients.
Though I sell homes from humble to huge I especially enjoy helping first-time home buyers. Especially when I can help them qualify for a $5000 first-time home buyer grant. One of these grants helped my son and his family get into their first home.
I have also developed a special interest in real estate as an investment strategy. I have been able to help a number of people purchase properties that will serve as an income source.
I can help with questions such as:
- First-time home buyer grants in Davis and Weber counties
- 1% down payment loans
- Flipping a home
